My Thoughts On Kaytee Dry Shampoo

     Kaytee Dry Shampoo is an amazing guinea pig product that we love! It's just a regular guinea pig shampoo, but you don't need to wet your guinea pig with water for it. We often use this shampoo, about once every two weeks or so. It smells good and is totally safe for a guinea pig.

    This is the shampoo: 

Kaytee Quick & Clean Instant Shampoo

    How to use:

1.  Shake lightly, then open the cap.
2. Spray a few times onto your arm to test.
3. Get out your guinea pig. (Best to do this one at a time.) Spray the shampoo multiple times around various parts of their body. Make sure not to spray their face or to get it in their eyes!
4. Time to massage. (This is the part our guinea pigs hate the most!) Thoroughly massage your guinea pigs fur. 
5. After the massage, dry your guinea pig with a small towel. You can also brush your guinea pig if you have a brush. (Important: If it's the winter months, be sure to dry your guinea pig off properly as they could get too cold.)

    And that's it! You can repeat the process with your other guinea pig. Make sure to give them treats at the end if they didn't enjoy their shampooing :)
