ReplyDeleteThey are foam mats. My mother got them for me when I was a baby. Sometimes they are called baby crawl mats. I use them for the guinea pigs when they have floor time.

ReplyDelete:) new post coming out today or tomorrow! (And it'll be about Guinea pig cages!)
DeleteNo, because our grass gets fertilized. Most fertilizers can be toxic to Guinea pigs. Also, there are tics in the grass. If tics get on the piggies, they can carry the tics to us. No one wants unexpected Lyme disease!
ReplyDeleteok thank you!

DeleteHi again! It's me, a couple months later and yes, we have now put our guinea pigs in the grass before, recently before they fertilized it. They enjoyed it so much! But now we have fertilized the grass, so we can't put the guinea pigs it in till next year.
ReplyDeletethey are so cute. But why do they rest on each other's butt?
